    Locking a Project (2003)

Having created some code, If I lock the project for viewing how can I then unlock the project? This assumes that I haven't supplied a password. Thanks, Andy.

Locking a VBA project for viewing requires that you set a password. If you have forgotten the password, search Google for vba project lost password and you'll find many utilities that promise that they can break the protection. I have no experience with any of them.

Thank you. I have seen projects that do not even appear in the Project Explorer list. Would these have been .xla files? How is it possible that a project doesn't even appear? Andy.

If they are not in the project explorer list, where do you see them?

Er... good point! I mean that error messages appear when starting Excel, which confirm there is a problem within a named project or module. On opening the VB Editor and Project Explorer they do not appear. Andy.

That sounds like you you may be trying to reference/call something from them and they are not loaded (perhaps the path is incorrect)
