    Reporting Question (2000 (9.0))

    Greetings,

    I have a very basic data tracking file, and have a question regarding the reporting of data.

    Most of the fields are Date's, and when I run the report I would like to exclude records based upon the complete date being filled-in. If blank, then display record on report.

    Is there a way to do this?

    Create a query based on the table.
    Add the fields that you need to the query design grid.
    In the column for the relevant date field, enter the following in the Criteria line:

    Is Null

    Save the query, and use it as Record Source for the report.

    I'll give it a try. I have never created a report based upon a query.
