    Search Folders (Office 2003)

I need to 'split' my Inbox and spin-off a separate folder in my Personal Folders that has Inbox files, say, older than 50 days.

Is there a search-folder I could make that simply shows all files in BOTH these folders (the Inbox & the 'older files Inbox"), basically re-creating the situation I have now with one Inbox?

If you create a custom search folder you can select one or more folders to include in the search.

Yeah, I know that, but as you see one part is in my Inbox, while the other part is in my "Personal Folders", a custom search does not allow me to combine folders from these two...

Are these both in the same Personal Folders File (PST) or Exchange mailbox? To create a search folder that spans multiple folders in the same PST (or same Exchange mailbox) use Advanced Find to create the query, and then save it as a search folder. If you can't run an Advanced Find across the two of them, then you won't be able to create a search folder.
