    Importing Named Ranges (VBA/MS Excel/2003)

I have a list of 100 named ranges in Column A and their corresponding formula arrays in Column B. Is it possible to import them into the MS Excel Defined Names via worksheet or module code?

You can use Jan Karel Pieterse's free Name Manager add-in for this. It has a button that does exactly what you want.

    Further to Hans' advice:

Make sure you copy your names list to a worksheet called "Names yyyy-mmm-dd" (enter any valid date in that syntax, e.g."Names 2008-Mar-12") and make sure the "formulas" are shown as text.
Then start Name Manager and click the "Pick up" button (see attached)
