    Excel 2002 (2007)

    Hi,

A business area in the company where I work is thinking about implementing Powerpoint 2007 with Office XP (our company standard). These questions have come up:

Can Powerpoint 2007 coexist with Office XP SP3?

Can Powerpoint 2007 use Excel 2002 'data' (I'm not sure how the users bring Excel info into Powerpoint)?

I haven't been able to find anything on the net to help with these questions.

If either question is a no or a gotcha, please provide more info if you can.

    Thank you in advance.

    Regards,

    Jimmy

Yes, you can install PowerPoint 2007 after Office XP.

Excel tables and charts can be transferred to PowerPoint using standard copy and paste.
