Where does Word keep toolbars? (2003, SP2)

Can anyone tell me where Word stores its toolbars, especially custom ones? I thought they were in Normal.dot, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Are they in the Registry? In some other configuration file I'm not aware of? While trying to solve a problem I was having, my company help desk ran a utility program that reset all my Word settings to their defaults, which threw away all my toolbars. I'm hoping to find out what I can restore from a backup to get them back.

    Thanks!

Toolbars can be stored in any template (or in any document), but the default location is Normal.Dot

Yep, you're right! That's what I've always thought, but they weren't showing up in the list when I right-clicked the toolbar or in the Customize dialog box, so I was starting to doubt that. They did show up in the Organizer, however, so I was able to use it to copy them to another file.

    Thanks!
