    True, but that would fail if you moved the field to another location within the document. On the other hand, the line I posted would fail if you renamed (the bookmark name of) the field.

    The end user would like to be able to insert multiple lines within the single request, i.e. being able to send multiple records to the receiving mdb file with a single request. How can I accomplish that?

    Each time they click the Invia Richiesta button they insert one record. You can't insert multiple records at once using this document.

    Thank you Hans, I tried to diversify a bit but you always go back to using a trusted Access Form set to Data Entry instead.
