Export & Import of Rules Wizard (WXpHeSp2 Orifice2003)

I have exported my rules from pc2 to floppy A.
I have attempted to import those rules to pc1 - but receive "The files you are trying to import has an improper format. No rules were added" I add that pc1 already has some rules on it, so there might be a conflict with one of those to be imported? Any suggestions please.

Are both PCs using Outlook 2003?

Perhaps the .rwz file is corrupted.
Try exporting the rules to a file on the hard disk of the "old" PC instead of directly to floppy disk. Then copy it to floppy disk, CD-ROM or USB stick to transfer it, or e-mail it.
