    File\Send To (Windows XP)

They have installed Windows XP for me at work and for some reason the FileSend ToMail Recipient as Attachment is not working. I'm added the shortcut but they are greyed out. If I go under File the Send To option is not even available. We use Lotus Notes for our email. I guess I've gotten spoiled because it's been a pain to have to close up the application, open Lotus notes and then attach it to the email....

In which application(s) does this problem occur?

See if Method 2 in You cannot send a document as an e-mail message from an Office 2003 program helps (you obviously don't want to use Method 1).

I passed it on to our IT department and it must have worked because he left me a note that I'm up and running again.
    Thanks!
