    Self-Duplication of Records (A2K)

    IName: frmPurchasing
    Data: qry 01 CN

    Form contains 2 tabs

Tab 1 contains various fields pertaining to that record

Tab 2 contains a subForm which is a Continuous Form

    Master Link: SRT_CN
    ChildLink: RP_CNSysKey

For each Master record, any number of Child records may be created and linked on the aforementioned keys.

What is happening is for every Child Record created in the subform, the Master record is being duplicated.

So, if I started out with 59 Master records and add 3 Child Records to the first Master record via the subform and then add 4 Child Records to the next Master Record's subform, I end up with 66 records.

I hope this makes sense and I'm not missing something obvious.

As always, thanks in advance for any help with this,
    Cheers,
    Andy

This probably means that the record source of the subform is in some way included in the record source of the main form. Check carefully.
