    Report's Design (Access2000-03)

    Hi!
My Report has 9 SUB Reports.
When those SUBS are expanding - Report looks not very presentable.
    It is shown in illustration.
If you can advise me - please, do.

Do you mean that the vertical line doesn't expand with the subreports? If so, see <post:=143,705>post 143,705</post:>.

Yes, I am reading your post and I had inserted your code as following:
Sub DrawLines(R As Report, ParamArray xPos())
' Number of twips in one inch.
    Const OneInch = 1440
' Maximum height of a section in inches.
    Const MaxHeight = 22
    ' Loop index
    Dim i As Integer
' Draw vertical line at xPos(i) inches from left margin. Covers entire section.
    For i = LBound(xPos) To UBound(xPos)
    R.Line (xPos(i) * Inch, 0)-(xPos(i) * Inch, MaxHeight * Inch)
    Next i
    End Sub

Private Sub GroupHeader0_Print(Cancel As Integer, PrintCount As Integer)
    Call DrawLines
    End Sub
    ________________

I am getting an error at Call DrawLines - argument not optional. I am feeling I am wrong but where?

    Thanks

Read the post I mentioned. It contains an example of how to use DrawLines.

I do and I had got this part
You can draw vertical lines in a section in the OnPrint event (I had done that)

I can F5 through the code but nothing gets drawn. I even made
    ' Make color red.
    lngColor = RGB(255,0,0)

    But nothing shows up.

My code is in a Module1.
The rest is in Header-Print or Detail_Print
Private Sub Header0_Print(Cancel As Integer, PrintCount As Integer)
' Draw vertical lines at 1", 2.5", 4", and 5.5" from left margin.
    DrawLines Me, 4.4
    End Sub

    Thanks

Could you post a stripped down copy of your database? See <post#=401925>post 401925</post#> for instructions.
