Batch Converting Word Docs to Text Files (Office 2007)

    HI,

Had a look around at the available Shareware ($70 a pop) and I'm certain that it must be possible to use VBA to Batch Convert Text Documents:

So if we have a Batch of 100 *.docs in "c:worddocs"
And want to convert them to *.txt files in: "c:textdocs"

How would I do this using VBA.

I am assuming we will have to use the "Microsoft Word 12.0 Object Library" if we are using an Access Module

See the attached text file. The code uses late binding, so it isn't necessary to set a reference to the Microsoft Word object library.
