    Opening multiple websites (6.0/SP2)

How do I open multiple websites without the new opening replacing the old opening?

    How are you opening them?

Have you considered upgrading to Internet Explorer 7? It supports tabbed browsing (which was already available in FireFox).

I tried 7.0 some time ago, and it caused all kinds of problems. I'm opening the sites by clicking on the icon or using the favorites menu.

Try holding down Shift when clicking an icon or favorite.

That did not work. The new site still takes over the old site.

I hope that someone who still has IE6 will have a better suggestion.

It seems pretty stable now, I switched in Fall 2007 on one computer, and this year on the other, and other than occasionally getting very tiny text in printouts (forgetting to turn off "Shrink to fit"), I have not encountered any problems. Full disclosure: Firefox is my primary browser.
