    InDesign Resources

I'm looking for a good desktop reference for InDesign. Not a dummies guide, but more a resource/reference. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Re: InDesign Resources

I like the style and approach of Deke McClelland's work . InDesign CS3 One on One [ILLUSTRATED] (Paperback) is the latest on InDesign. On the other hand, offerings I have not liked because of the style are any of the Adobe Classroom in a Book series. That style is a do this, this and this with little explanation of why. A kind of robotic approach.

I'll have to check out Deke's work. I agree with you, I don't need a reference that walks me through various steps - I already know the basics of InDesign, it's the advanced functionality that I want to unlock, but only when I have a need for it! Thanks, Paul.
