VB errors keep occuring when start Excel (2003)

For some reason these VB errors keep occurring when l startup Excel, the first error is shown first following by the second and so on until the last one appears. This happens every time l make an amendment to a particular macro. Is there way to remove these errors, as it is getting very annoying to having to by pass them every time l start Excel.

Attached is the macro and screenshot of error.

The errors are unrelated to VBA, but are caused by files that Excel tries to open at startup.

Look in Tools, Options, general tab. See what is listed next to "At start up, open all files in:". Empty that box. Also check your XLSTART folder, Excel also loads all files from there:
