Collapse shortcuts tree node (Outlook 2003)

I am still trying to "tune" my initial view in Outlook 2003. I have the Navigation Pane defaulting to Shortcuts on the left, and Outlook Today on the right. What I would like to do is have several of my shortcuts groups collapsed automatically when I start Outlook, as though I had clicked on the little "-" in a box. I have no problem programatically defining which nodes to collapse and also no problem traversing the tree, but cannot find a reference that shows how to collapse this group.

    Any suggestions? <img src=/S/confused3.gif border=0 alt=confused3 width=45 height=45>

The OutlookBarGroup object doesn't have any properties or methods related to expanding/collapsing, so I suspect that it is not possible to do this in VBA.

    (See OutlookBarGroup Object)
