secret list of recipients (Outlook 2000 - SP3)

I would like to put a list of recipients in an Email message, but not have any of them be able to see that the message was sent to others.

I do not need to make up a distribution list - just a string of Email addresses is all.

I cannot find this in the Outlook Help system anywhere.

    Thanks!

Start or open your e-mail message.
    Select View | BCC.
Enter the list of recipients in the BCC box.

To expand on Hans' reply, BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy (as opposed to the plain Carbon Copy that CC represents).

I would recommend you put a 'valid' recipient in the To: field to prevent the email from being identified as spam. For example, if this is a sales letter, you could create a contact with a name of "MyCompany Sales List" with your own email address so that it shows in the recipients' Inbox as something sensible.

    Thanks much!

I guess it was too obvious for me to see...
