Amending count query query to show team name (2003)

I would like to amend the query (see screenshot) so that the team name is shown in the 3rd column (see Excel spreadsheet for output l require). I don't know whether this is possible? As l have tried but no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Is the "Team" field in your table the same as "Team Name"? If so, then just put this field in the grid as another "Group By". If it is an ID#, then join to the table that contains the "Team name" and drop that into the grid.

I am confused, there is no field Team Name it is called 'Team'. It is not an ID# but a field called Team, which is a text field. It is in the same table as tbl Closed SR's.

In your original post, you said you wanted to put the "team name" in the query. I had no way of knowing whether your field "team" was the "team name" or in fact just an ID; so I explained how to handle either situation. Ignore the explanation that doesn't apply.
