    Report Breaks (2000)

    Greetings,
I have a database in which I am tracking items to a specific lab bench. I set up the file, generated the report, however I need the reports to break to display only the items for each bench per page. Currently it is continious in nature.

    any help is always appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Brad

Open the report in design view.
If you don't see the Sorting and Grouping window, select View | Sorting and Grouping or press the corresponding button on the Report Design toolbar.
Click in the Bench No row in the Sorting and Grouping window.
Set the Group Header property to Yes in the lower part of this window.
Click anywhere in the group header.
Activate the Format tab of the Properties window.
Set the Force New Page property to Before Section.
Reduce the Height of the group header section to 0.
Each Bench No will now be start on a new page.
