Re: (access 2003)

Could you please take the trouble to give your future posts a title that describes the problem instead of just "Access"? This is the Access forum so we *know* that your question is about Access. Thanks in advance!

About your question: set the Data Entry property of the comments form to Yes.

Show only new records in form (access 2003)

Edited by HansV - again - to make the subject more descriptive than just "Access"

Hello again all. Is there any way to make it where you can only edit the new records in a pop up form. I have a form that pops up for comments on each change you made to the form that was already created so when the form comes up there might be 3 changes so it adds 3 records for comments but it shows all the other records how can I make it so you can only edit the new records and can't change the other comments. I built a seperate table for the comments. Thank you in advance.

    Matt
