    Run-time '3061' (VBA 2003)

    Hi,

    Im trying to pull in some data from an access database and am getting ....." Run-time error '3061': Too few parameters. Expected 1 ", on the line of code below;

    Set rst = dbs.OpenRecordset("SELECT [FileNo],[Client Lender Code],[Offer Received],[Questionnaire Recd] FROM qryKPIA WHERE [FileNo] Not Like 'CHE0034*' AND [Client Lender Code]='C' AND [Offer Received]Is Null AND [Questionnaire Recd] <>Null")

    Im not sure what this error message is actually trying to tell me, does anyone recognise it and can explain what it means please?

    Regards.

    The message is telling you that it doesn't recognize one of the names involved.
    One possibility is that there is a typo in one of the field names in the SQL string, or in qryKPIA.
    Another possibility is that qryKPIA is a parameter query, i.e. it prompts for a parameter when run by itself, or that qryKPIA refers to a control on a form in the Access database. DAO cannot handle parameter prompts or references to controls.

    Hi Hans,

    Many thanks for that, I'll go and check the names and the qry in Access, as suggested.

    Regards.
