Start Menu Access Redux (Home Premium)

I had been pointed me to a couple of info sources on the Start Menu in Vista.

    But there's something I don't get:

If I right-click the Start button, and select "Open All Users" or "Explore all users", I get the message below.

    Why is that?

If I'm not supposed to select it, why is it there?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

See your original thread . I don't think there was an answer as to why you couldn't access "Explore all users" or "Open all users". When I right click the Start orb and select either option, Windows Explorer opens to the correct location.
