    Charting tabular data (2K3)

I have attached a sample set of data organised in a tabular format. Each row depicts a weeks worth of data with columns Week No., Week Commencing, Mon-Sun.

I would like to chart this data from 14/4/08 to 11/5/08 inclusive as one series in a chart. Is there a way to do this?

The attached version shows two different ways of creating a chart from the data:
    - Using OFFSET formulas to create a table with the layout expected by Excel.
    - Specifying the union of discontiguous areas as y-values (I selected the first row of data, then held down Ctrl while selecting the second and following rows)

    Thanks

I was initially attempting the latter example of the Union of Discontiguous ranges by using the Ctrl+click selection and it did not work. Did you recreate the Series 1 with the chart wizard or did you use another method?

    Naaah <img src=/S/hairout.gif border=0 alt=hairout width=31 height=23> Cancel that last one, I realised I was on the wrong tab.

The first example with Offset is much more like it for the main data I am using, thanks

I clicked in a blank cell outside the table, then started the Chart Wizard. This creates a blank chart. In step 2, I activated the Series tab, clicked Add to create a new series, then deleted the ={1} from the Values box and selected the discontiguous ranges. After that, it's the standard procedure.
