    Headless SBS 2003 (SBS 2002 Premium R2)

Once a server is setup, is it possible to run Small Business Server 2003 R2 "headless" (i.e. without a keyboard, monitor, or mouse) and perform any maintenance via remote desktop?

A colleague of mine manages a server located in a secured and locked server room from his own office by remote desktop. This generally works fine. But about once a year, the server will mess up and not react to remote desktop commands any more. He then has to go to the server room to reboot the server. Although this could be done blindly, it's a lot easier if there's a keyboard and monitor available, even if only temporarily.

    Thanks for the info.

Rebooting once a year isn't bad.
