    USB File Size Limit

I have a 200 GB USB hard drive. It has about 180 GB free. I can copy 1 hour Tivo files to it without problem but when I try to copy a two hour Tivo movie file to it, it tells me there is not enough free space even though there is plenty. Is there a limit on the size of a file you can copy over USB?

    From here....

If the USB drive is FAT32 formatted then 4GB is the limit for filesize, under any OS.
