Why no image displayed? (IE 7)

(Edited by HansV to make URL clickable - see <!help=19>Help 19<!/help>)

I just updated my home page and for some reason the simply header image (jpg) won't display in IE while other images do. The ALT text displays as though the image file is missing from the server BUT it is there and the page works fine in Firefox.
    Here's the link: http://www.iwcs.org/Mike08/

Thanks to anyone who can shed light on this mystery.

There's a superfluous quote before the word src in the HTML source code

    It should be

    EDITED:

Ooops! After I reviewed Hans' post I realized I was using FireFox (I use both!). Yes, the image appears in FireFox, but not IE7. I am sure Hans has it pegged.

UGH! I hate when I do that.
Thanks for your help - all is well.
