Columns' Sort Order on a Form (11.8166.8172 (2003)

Attached is a snapshot of a database form that employees are entering their visit info into. Sometimes the dates are not enterred in sequence. I just had an employee exit the database and when she went back in thought the prior entries were not saved because she "couldn't find" the prior entries so she enterred the info again. Is there a way to have the visit column auto sort A-Z upon exit?

Create a query based on the visits table.
Add the fields that you need to the query grid.
Sort the query on the Visit Date field.
    Save the query.
Set the Record Source property of the form to the name of the query.
The records in the form will be sorted by Visit Date when the form is opened.
