    Backing up (XP Home)

I want to back up my data drive (d drive) to an external hard drive. Using the Wizard I can choose the files I want to back up but the choice of 'target' is A drive or H drive. Not what I want. I then try 'browse' but that does not bring up any options. I thought it would show all the options. Can anyone advise - laymans language please please - how to set up the back up process. I'd also like it to only back up file that have been changed. And if poss I'd like to put it on schedule so that I don't have to remember to do it.
    Cheers

    Welcome to the Lounge!

I would rather advice you not to use native Windows XP Backup utility; use another program instead.
Very good, reliable and <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> program for such purpose is
    Karen's Replicator

    Just try it!
