    Changing a query (2000)

Hello, I have a query that I would like sometimes to run as a top 5 query and do this by invoking the top 5 by a tick box selection on a user criteria form. How could I do this, I already have my base query and user inout form?

    Mnay thanks Darren.

I'd create a copy of the base query, make the copy a Top 5 query and save it.
You can then use code from the form to switch the record source from the base query to the top 5 query or back.
