    Electronic Signature (Outlook 2003)

Is there a way to get an electronic signature that I can put on PDF documents instead of scanning a signed copy to my email? It would make so much easier and eliminate the need for scanning it.

Are you creating the PDF documents? You'd need to be able to edit them.

What is the source application? For example, are these letters generated in Word that need a signature, or Acrobat forms, or ???

If you have Acrobat, you could 'stamp' your signature - search in Help for 'stamp' - but I'm not sure of the security implications, it may be possible for the recipient to copy the stamp unless the pdf is protected.

If you want to add your signature to a Word document, see <post:=12,469>post 12,469</post:> and replies for some ideas.
