    Suspending a mail account (2003)

As well as our personal mail account, we also synchronise outlook with a Googlemail account which is used for articles for our community magazine. All this works fine.

From time-to-time we want to suspend the Googlemail account from synchronising - eg at times when someone else is putting together the current edition for instance.

I know how to delete the Googlemail account in Outlook, but how can I "put it into mothballs" so I can re-start using it without having to re-enter all the POP and SMTP details ?

    Thanks.

You can leave the Googlemail account untouched, but exclude it from your Send/Receive group(s). See Why use Send/Receive groups?
