    Reading Pane format (2003)

Is it possible for me to change the font of the reading pane? Or does the font always and only depend on the font the sender uses?
Thank you for any help with this.

You can change the font size for the Reading Pane by right-clicking the grey border around the Reading Pane and selecting an option from the Text Size submenu of the popup menu.
You can change the font for plain text messages in the Mail Format tab of Tools | Options: click Fonts.

The text size submenu is grayed out.

In HTML-format messages, the sender determines the appearance of the text. You can override that by viewing it as plain text only.

If Text Size is grayed out, it probably is a plain text message. See this dialog: Tools > Options... > Mail Format tab. Click the Fonts... button, and revise the third setting (composing and reading plain text).

    Does it help?
