Outlook Color Printing (2003 SP2)

Network, WXP SP2, Office 2003, SP2

Got asked to check an Outlook scenario where they have a document with a chart (I am waiting to confirm this is a Word attachment with an embedded chart or if this is something else such as an embedded chart in an email) and the document prints in color but the chart does not.

Anyone have a "ah ha" moment when you read this?

Found out it is more than Outlook so I am suspecting that there may be a printer preferences setting that needs to be changed for multiple apps.
