    Print Graph Macro (2003)

I read the thread for <post#=456120>post 456120</post#> but have not figured a way to make it apply to my current challenge. I have an Excel file with several sheets that contain single graphs. My goal is to create pdf files for ten of sheets in 10 different directories specified (for example "e.g. C:CoffeeMonthYrFolgers.pdf","C:CoffeeMonthYrStarbu cks.pdf", etc where "MonthYr" = current Month and Year) . With the help of folks here, I have been able to accomplish this in an Access database, but now need similar capability in Excel. Is there a thread that more closely resembles this task?

Thanks in advance for your ideas.

    Ken

You mention that you want to create files in 10 different directories, but the examples you give seem to indicate that you want to create different files in a single folder (directory). Am I missing something?

Which program are you using to create PDF files? Office 2003 doesn't have native support for PDF, and there is no Excel equivalent of Stephen Lebans' ReportToPDF utility.

    Hans,

As usual, you are correct! I was so concerned with getting the link to the tag to work, I didn't pay enough attention to my content. It should have read :
    "e.g. C:CoffeeMonthYrFolgersGraph.pdf","C:CoffeeMonthYrS tarbucksGraph.pdf"

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Ken

    Re: Print Graph Macro (2003)

I was looking for an Excel equivalent of Stephen Lebans' ReportToPDF utility. I use both Cute Pdf (most of the time) and Adobe Acrobat 6.0 on a couple of units.

Without a slick tool like Stephen Lebans' ReportToPDF utility, is there a workaround?

    thanks,
    Ken

You could print the chart sheets to the PDF printer that comes with CutePDF (I assume) and Adobe Acrobat.
