I'm using the Office 2007 version and everything works as is should. Hopefully someone with the XP version will comment.

Microsoft Office Document Imaging (office XP SP3)

Screenshot reduced in size by HansV - please don't post pictures larger than 640x480 pixels.

    Hello

we have the software installed Microsoft Office Document Imaging. We use this software to work with our scanned files - scanned files are saved as .tiff formats.

I don't know if anyone has come across this, or if its a bug in the software - the software is kinda basic.

The mouse properties are set to left-hand
Left-hand users are'nt able to select text from the .tiff file
They have to press the left & right mouse buttons to be able to select the text.

    any ideas?

Do you have the most current drivers for the mouse?
