Delete Blank rows in a range of data (VBA, 2003)

I have a range of data but every other row is blank - is the a quick macro that I can use to delete the blank rows?

You could just sort it so all the blank rows move to the bottom?

Here are two options that don't require a macro:

    1) Select the entire range.
    Select Edit | Go To...
    Click Special...
    Select Blanks, then click OK.
    Select Edit | Delete.
Select Entire Row, then click OK.

    2) Sort the range. The blank rows will be moved to the bottom.
