    Using Flash drive (PP 2007)

I prepared a PP2007 Presentation with a hyperlink on one of the slides to start up a short tutorial video.
I copied both the PP presentation AND the short video to a Flash drive.
When I created the presentation, both were on my hard drive.
Since I must use the Flash drive to give the presentation, probably not using my own laptop, I need to change the short video location in order to show it during the presentation.
My concern is that the Flash drive may end up with a different drive letter when I use somebody elses laptop.
How can I avoid the problem?

If both files are on the same thumb (Flash) drive in the same folder then there should be NO problem.

Just make sure the link in the PPT files shows the location with out the drive letter and path.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

There should be no problem As LONG as you had the vid and presentation in the same folder on the desktop BEFORE you inserted it.

Thank you so much. I followed your suggestion and it worked as I needed it to work.
