International Character Toolbar (Word 2007 SP1)

I really enjoyed having the International Character Toolbar available in Office 2003. I tried installing after I switched to Office 2007...to no avail. I find it listed Office > Word Options > Add-Ins. It is listed as a COM Add-In under Inactive Applications. Does anyone know how I could activate this toolbar in Word 2007?

I don't think it is possible. This attachment spells out keyboard shortcuts for a variety of international characters. Does it help?

Well, thank you! That will help. I've been using CTRL+ a three-number code on the number keypad...but I'm old and I have trouble remembering all the three-number codes. This should be easier.
