    Move incoming msgs (2003)

I can't seem to find the rule that will enable me to move incoming messages to a specific folder in the inbox. My outlook is getting mail for 3 different e-mail addresses and I'd like to separate the incoming messages into three separate folders. What am I missing in the rules to enable this? Thanks in advance.

Start with a blank rule. Outlook will then show all options. Among them are the option to filter on the account that received the e-mail, and to filter on specific text in the To box.

In the Rules Wizard did you try , New Rule | Start from a Blank rule | check Messages when they arrive | Next | check the "Use the Specified account" box, in the bottom of the dialog, click on "Specified" and select the account | Next | check the "Move it to the specified folder" box, in the bottom of the dialog specify the Folder, in the same dialog also check "Stop processing more rules", | Next | Next | complete the wizard.
