    Blank Pages (Access2003)

    I am on a roll today:-( sorry!

    What does person suppose to do IF 5 subreports are in BusinessName Header and in case one doesn't have data there is code for it like:
    Private Sub GroupHeader1_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)

    If Me.Report_1.Report.HasData Then
    Me.PageBreak98.Visible = True
    Else
    Me.PageBreak98.Visible = False
    End If

    If Me.Report_2.Report.HasData Then
    Me.PageBreak97.Visible = True
    Else
    Me.PageBreak97.Visible = False
    End If
    -------------------------------------------------

    However I get blank pages for Reports with no data.

    Please, advise.

    You could try setting a breakpoint on the Private Sub ... line (click in it and press F9 to set or remove a breakpoint).
    When you open the report, the code will pause at the highlighted line.
    You can execute the code step by step by pressing F8.
    This way, you can see which instructions are executed and which ones aren't.
    If you want to continue automatic execution, press F5.

    Hans, wouldn't I get an error if code wasn't running properly?
    I can try and F9 trough it but what should I be looking for?

    I had changed
    If Me.Report_1.Report.HasData Then
    Me.Report_1.Report.Visible = True
    Else
    Me.Report_1.Report.Visible = False
    End If

    but it gives me even more b lank pages.

    I will go try to compile...hmmmmmmm
    I am done and can't show it to anyone because of the blank pages. Ridiculous! Sorry.......

    You can use a breakpoint and step-by-step execution even if there are no error messages. It allows you to see which instructions are executed and which ones aren't. For example you can see which of the instructions

    Me.PageBreak98.Visible = True

    and

    Me.PageBreak98.Visible = False

    is actually executed.
