Meetings Folder (2003 SP2)

Good afternoon

We have a new finance director who has moved loads of emails with attachments into what seems a pre-installed folder called 'Meetings'. These emails have turned into sort of note icons and he can now not open them (when you hover the mouse a small pop up comes on that gives a few details of where the mail come from etc.)

Not being familiar with Outlook bar sending and receiving emails I can offer no advice on where to locate them, does anybody have any clues please?

You've posted this in the Outlook Express forum but you mention 2003 SP2 in the subject, and Outlook in your post.
Outlook is not the same as Outlook Express. What is your question actually about?

It is the Outlook email program, sorry have I posted it in the wrong forum? I do wish MS would give things different names <img src=/S/blush.gif border=0 alt=blush width=15 height=15>

Can the user move the e-mails back to his Inbox? And if so, do they become accessible again?

They have listened - the new version of Outlook Express is called Windows Live Mail. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

Hi Hans

I tried moving the Icons for him into a new folder that I named ManagementMeetings but it did not make a difference, I will try and move them into the inbox tomorrow if that maybe makes a difference.
