    Create a field using the following formula
    Name: Left([FieldName],InStr([FieldName],"-")-1)

    Group on the new field

    Replace FieldName with the actual name of your field

    I tried already but error.
    Left([Field1],InStr([Field1],"-")-1)
    I paste in Query at Criteria,right?

    I tried put Cases: Left([Field1],InStr([Field1],"-")-1)

    Still can't.
