    Surpress compatibility checker (2007)

I have some users who do not like to have to see the compatibility checker dialog and then have to un-check the Excel compatibility checker when saving an Excel file to the 2003 or older formats, they think it requires too many mouse clicks and/or key strokes (George Jenson type guys). I tired recording a macro while this dialog came up and un-checking the box but no marco is recorded. I haven't found a method or property yet in the object model to turn it off as well as suppress this dialog from coming up automatically. Anyone know how?
