    Can you explain why you want to do this? The result would be very difficult to use.

    Also: will the NAME column contain other names than Toshiba?

    There might be a more elegant solution, but in the attached version of your database I have created three custom VBA functions and three queries. The query qryConcat returns more or less the result you asked for. Unfortunately, this solution is tailored for this specific situation.

    You need a reference to the Microsoft DAO 3.6 Object Library for the code to work. This reference is set in Tools | References in the Visual Basic Editor.
