    'Select Names' & 'Sent Items' (Outlook 2003 SP3)

    1) "Select Names" - When I open an email and click on "To..." my contacts pop up in a list. The columns are "Name", "Display Name", "Email Address". The name column is listed in "First Name, Last Name". Is there a way to change that to "Last Name, First Name" ?

    2) "Sent Items" - In this column the email name that shows is always the sender ... is there a way to change this to the receiver ?

    Thanks for any help on these matters !!!

    1. Tools | E-Mail Accounts | Directory - View or Change Existing Directories or Address Books button | Next > | select the Address Book | Change | File as (Smith, John) button.
    2. Right click the Sent messages header bar, select Field Chooser, select Address Fields in the drop-down , select To.
