    watched threads

    Does anyone know if there is a problem with "watched threads?" No emails for the past few days.

    I'm not aware of recent problems with sending mail from the Lounge server. Have you checked your spam box? Some ISPs have been classifying e-mails from Woody's Lounge as spam...

    Don't think my isp is blocking as my email goes through GoDaddy and think the WOPR'd does also.

    For the last two days (Sunday's and Monday's renditions), I have only received Daily Archives for two forums... 1) Hardware and 2) Other Software Applications. Nothing from my other 17 subscriptions. A check of the forums in the last few moments show articles in some of those 17 forums during the last three days.

    About a week ago, daily archives for Hardware was missing, but it has since resurfaced.

    I used to have a problem with my ISP, Sympatico.ca, but since switching to a GMail account last July, all has been well... except this past Sunday and today, Monday.

    Anyway, just some feedback.

    I am in the same boat....no e-mails for watched threads since Saturday, May 24th...Still none this morning. I will go to my profile and re-save it as this has sometimes re-started the e-mails....but the e-mails are no longer be sent for my profile...thanks.

    Jim, your provider (sbcglobal) has been bouncing e-mails from the Lounge as spam, probably because our IP is shared by a lot of websites. You could ask them to white-list wopr.com.

    Thank you for information...I will contact them again.... So much for honesty...I contacted them over the weekend, to ensure that "they" had not implemented such a program...I was told that no "SPAM" filtering system was in place....Again, thank you so much for this information. JimC

    There is spam filtering in place. I went through a couple of weeks of 'issues' with AT&T after we changed our web hosting. See AT&T for links to maybe help you.

    AT&T has changed their spam filtering to be much more aggressive. If you are seeing NDRs perhaps one of the links at AT&T will help.
