    The Matrix

    It was a quiet night in the Magic Forest University, Jezza Bear and Al Bear Einstein were having a little rest after a hard night star gazing. As they were tucking into a second helping of hot chocolate with an extra helping of marsh mallows they heard an unusual sound, they looked at each other with a confused look in there eyes when Al Bear burst out laughing.

    "It's my mobile telephone JB, I have had all the calls tranferred from the Emergency MF1 landline while we were looking at the stars, I'll answer it now....."

    ".....Hello Professor Einstein here, what is the problem?.....what, a NEW code problem.....oh my I see, fax it through now"

    He switched the phone off and JB went to the fax machine which soon sprung into action, here is what the fax said:

    <div style="width: 100%; background-color: #FFFFFF;">Z= (9,4) Q= (7,2)

    ###STOP PRESS###

    (7,1) (4,2) (6,3) (3,2) (6,2) (4,3) (9,2) (5,3) (2,1) (6,2) (3,1) (7,4) (6,3) (6,2) (6,1) (2,1) (7,3) (7,4)

    </div hiblock>

    "My word Al Bear, what could this mean, I have never seen a code like this?"

    "You're right JB, I think this is one for the experts in the Lounge"

    So what approach did you use to construct the matrix ? I made several unsuccessful attempts before retiring last night.

    OK,
    I called and they said give yourself a dope slap for being so dense. <img src=/S/doh.gif border=0 alt=doh width=15 height=15>
    Your big clue, in spite of your little misdirection, let my fingers walk to the solution.

    Thanks,
    Paul
