    All caps (2003)

    Hi there,

I have a large document that was written in allcaps. Is there a command that I can give Word to reduce everything to lower case letters without having to manually retype everything? "All caps" is not checked in the font dialogue box.

    Regards,

    JMT

    Select the entire document (Ctrl+A).
    Select Format | Change Case...
The first option (Sentence case) is probably the best one - it'll change everything to lower case except the first letter of each sentence.
    Click OK.

    Thank you!

Is there a similar function in case you realize too late that the whole while you were typing in the wrong input language, and so you want to change all the Spanish or French or Arabic, etc., letters to what would have been their correponding letters if you were using the English keyboard layout?

    Regards,
