Formula to deal with blank rows (MS Excel 2003)

I am trying to create a formula that will search through a column that contain blank rows and rows with data, the end result being a list of data with no blank rows inbetween. I have attached a screen shot to show what I am talking about. Does anyone know what formula that I can utilize? Thanks!!!

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

You could use Data | Filter | Advanced Filter with the the Copy to option and a criteria range that specifies <> to indicate non-blank values.
This is not dynamic, you'd have to re-run the filter when the data change.
And you must make sure that you select the entire source range as List range.

For a formula solution, see skip blank cells - you can download a sample workbook from the next to last reply.
