    Access Query (2003)

    How do you limit query results to the top 5 in desending order? Any help would be appreciated.

    Open the query in design view.
    Sort the query in descending order on the relevant field.
    Click in an empty part of the upper half of the query window.
    Activate the Properties window.
    Select 5 from the dropdown list in the Top Values property.
